We strive to ensure all orders are delivered within 7 to 10 days of the purchase date.

Yes! On completing your order, please select the local pickup option. You can then visit our warehouse at 19 King Edward Rd, Osborne Park between 9 to 5 on weekdays to collect your order.

Vogue Lighting requires your personal details to complete online transactions, which will then be retained in our database. We value your privacy, and at no point will these ever be available to third parties. Vogue Lighting takes every precaution to protect your information and ensure utmost security in relation to your data.

Legal Disclaimer: While we make every effort to preserve your privacy, we may be required to disclose personal information when and if required by law, wherein we have a belief in good-faith that such action is necessary to comply with a government mandate, current judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on our web site. In such instances, we will take the utmost care to disclose only that information which is subject to such official directive.

If you receive faulty goods, kindly contact our office via phone or email with a full description of the problem. You can return them to us in person or mail them to our showroom. If the goods are indeed faulty, they will be replaced if possible with all additional courier fees covered by Vogue Lighting. If we cannot replace the fitting you are entitled to a full refund. Returns must be received within 7 days of receipt, or as close to dependent on courier availability.

Please note Vogue Lighting is not responsible for faults once installed by an electrician. It is the electrician’s responsibility to check fittings for faults prior to installation as no claims can be accepted after the fitting has been installed.

Vogue Lighting does not accept returns for change of mind purchases once the contents have been opened. Please ensure you are happy with your selection before purchasing. If the contents are in original condition and unopened, we will happily exchange the item for one of equal cost.
